Many World Tour riders eat rice cakes during the early portion of races to give them some energy and to add some dietary variety. This recipe is a great rice cake alternative that provides 30 grams of carbohydrate, 3.5 grams of protein and 5.5 grams of fat. We also add a C30+ Espresso Energy Gel for flavor and to boost the cakes with 12.5g of caffeine each!
