If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with a specific Neversecond product, please contact us at hello@never2.com. Please provide your name and order number. In the event that we issue a refund, the refund process takes approximately 30 days to complete. We will charge an order restocking fee of $15.00 per transaction, plus a per item restock fee of $10.00 per item, plus cost of outbound shipping as applicable. For safety and quality assurance reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of consumable products including energy gels, sports drink powders and energy bars. We additionally cannot accept return of any products which have been opened or used. Neversecond reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase and to deny refund requests at our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Our Policy on Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us at hello@never2.com.
United States Returns
Please note that authorized returns must to be mailed to the following address: Promotion Fulfillment Center c/o NEVERSECOND, PO Box 43332, 311 21st Street, Camanche, IOWA 52730, United States. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted.
Returns Outside United States
We cannot unfortunately accept returns of any goods that emanate from outside of the continental United States.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to advise if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within approximately 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 40 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@never2.com. We do not offer refunds for any purchases until they are safely returned to our warehouse in original condition and deemed to be sellable.
