The Field Representative brings the Neversecond brand to life in-market through consistent, in-person engagement with retail partners and local communities within an assigned territory. This role supports retail demos, endurance events, and community activations, with a focus on education, presentation, and meaningful face-to-face connection. Working closely with the events team, the Field Representative helps create impactful experiences, gathers market feedback, and supports brand growth at the local level.
Serve as a consistent, in-market brand presence for Neversecond within an assigned territory.
Build authentic relationships with event partners, retail staff, and local endurance communities through regular, in-person engagement.
Support and attend retail demos, endurance events, races, and local community activations where Neversecond has a presence.
Work closely with the events team to support activations, assist with setup and breakdown, and represent the brand on-site.
Identify and recommend relevant local community events, races, and activations within the territory where Neversecond may benefit from on-site presence or support.
Act as a local brand ambassador, helping create positive, memorable brand experiences at the retail and community level.
Track field activity and submit brief reports summarizing events, and key takeaways.
Experience supporting or attending endurance events.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage event logistics and timelines.
Comfortable with physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including lifting, transporting, and arranging product, tables, tents, and signage.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with consumers and community members in person.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Passion for endurance sports and the Neversecond brand strongly preferred.
$20 per hour
Average of 10 hours per month
