Usage instructions
Mix 40g (2 level measuring scoops) P30 Recovery Drink Mix with 250ml water and shake well until powder has completely dissolved. We recommend using a protein shaker to minimize clumping.

P30 is a super premium product. It is made in Germany from the finest whey protein isolate. We also individually batch test for banned substances unlike many other brands.
What is Whey Protein Isolate?

How much protein is in each serving?
There are 30 grams of high quality protein and 3.5 grams of leucine per serving.
Why is there so little carbohydrate in this product?
P30 is formulated as a pure protein source intended for lean muscle mass and growth. As carbohydrates are also an important part of recovery, we encourage athletes to follow our carbohydrate intake recommendations pre, during and post exercise.
