Our C30 Ice Gels are energy gels that you freeze and consume as a frozen fuel source. Each C30 Ice Gel helps to cool core body temperature while delivering 30 grams of fast-absorbing energy. Each gel contains 200mg of sodium to help with fluid delivery and a mild cool citrus flavor. Please note that this product is only intended to be consumed as a frozen energy product. Do not consume this product as a standard energy gel. Freeze, standing up and not lying down. Cut off wrapper top before use. Squeeze from the bottom up and consume like an ice pop.

Usage instructions
Consume 1-3 gels per hour of intense exercise, depending on your duration and intensity.
VERY IMPORTANT! Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours with top facing up (standing up position). Do not freeze with gel lying down. When ready to use, remove from freezer, cut off top and let thaw for 2-3 minutes before consuming. Squeeze from the bottom up.
